Relbook is made by Fontan LLC. In short: Relbook runs on your devices, and we never receive your data.

What Relbook Reads

Your email, using an app password you give it, and your contacts and calendar if you allow it. Everything is processed on your device, including by Apple’s on-device AI. Relbook never sends, changes or deletes your mail.

What It Keeps, and Where

What you see in Relbook — your contacts and their emails, notes, tasks and files — stays on your devices and in your own iCloud account, encrypted. Your app password is kept in your Apple Keychain. We have no server and no accounts, and the app has no analytics, ads or tracking.

Sharing

We don’t sell or share your data, and we never see it. Your email provider and Apple handle it under their own privacy policies. If you turn on Allow Assistants to Use Relbook and connect an AI assistant, what that assistant reads goes to the company that makes it, under its privacy policy.

Deleting Your Data

Delete anything in the app at any time. To remove everything, remove your email accounts in Relbook’s Settings, delete the app, and delete Relbook’s data in your iCloud settings.

This Website

relbook.app counts page views anonymously on our own server. No cookies, no third-party scripts, and no IP addresses in that count; the server keeps standard access logs for a short time to run securely.

Children

Relbook isn’t directed at children under 13.
